To confirm the reservation through mytrip2nepal.com, we need full payment at the time of booking (unless specified). Once the booking is made through portal mytrip2nepal.com, we will understand that you have agreed to our terms and conditions. Hence we kindly request you to read though all the terms & conditions. When we issue you with a confirmation voucher with invoice, if you believe that any details on the confirmation or any other documents are wrong you must advise us immediately as changes may not be possible later.
Regarding the reservation for our tour packages, we need advance payment 100% of the total invoice at the time of booking confirmation (once you receive the confirmation voucher from our system).
The price of your travel arrangements has been calculated based on the exchange rates published by the Central bank of Nepal ‘Nepal Rastra Bank’.
Please note, we reserve the right to amend the price of unsold holidays or waitlisted reservation at any time and correct errors in the prices at the time of confirmation of booked reservation/packages.
The price of your holiday package or room reservation is subject to changes in case of any increment beyond our control such as transport costs hikes due to increment on fuel surcharges, scheduled airfares and any other airline cost changes which are part of our contracts with airlines (and their subagents) and any other transport provider, increment on government taxes/service charges and to changes in currency exchange rates. In case of any increment on price due to listed causes, you will be liable to pay the difference.
If the price of your holiday goes down due to the changes mentioned above by more than 5% of your holiday cost, then any refund due will be paid to you. However, please note that travel arrangements are not always purchased in local currency and some apparent changes have no impact on the price of your travel due to contractual and other protection in place.
The confirmed reservation secured from mytrip2nepal.com is the guaranteed reservation. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a voucher) is not available or cannot be honoured when you arrive at the booked property to check-in and no other room types that you had booked are available, immediately contact our Customer Support team at the contact number(s) listed on your hotel voucher. Our team will arrange a room at another similar category hotel or upgrade you to another high category hotel.
Travel Insurance is essential to cover the expenses that may arose due to adverse conditions/situations during travelling. Hence, we request all our guests to have their Travel insurance when commencing any tour. We will not be liable for imbursement of any such expenses occurred due to unfavourable situation such as natural disaster, riots, theft, evacuations etc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if you do not have personal travel insurance. We will treat any cancellation for this reason as a cancellation by you and the cancellation charges will be payable as set out below. Hence, It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase is adequate and appropriate for your particular needs. You are strongly advised to take out insurance which will cover any damage which may occur to property which belongs to other people and which may get damaged.
It is unlikely that we will have to cancel your booking arrangements. In case of cancellation from our end after the confirmation of the services due to any reason, we will refund you the full amount that you have paid to us. If you or any member of your group decides to cancel the confirmed booking after the confirmation vouchers are issued, you must notify us in writing. Once we receive any cancellation, we will acknowledge the same. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us and acknowledged by us. For all cancellation made from your side after the confirmation vouchers issued, you are liable to pay the penalty charges as under :

Above 30 days prior to your arrival: 30% of the invoice amount
Between 29 days to 15 days prior to your arrival: 50% of the invoice amount
Between 14 days to 08 days prior to your arrival: 70% of the invoice amount
Less than 07 days prior to your arrival: 100% of the invoice amount
No show: 100% of the invoice amount
In the cases of flight booking or any tour packages with combination of domestic/International flights than the invoice amount will be non-refundable (if not specified).
Changes made by you
You need to inform us in writing in case you want to change any part of your confirmed bookings. We will try our best to assist and incorporate the change however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change. Such changes may increase the price or the cancellation charges may apply for the changed portion. We may need to charge you the extra costs incurred as well as any costs incurred by ourselves and any costs or charges incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers. As such, you will be liable to pay for such changes on the price. Also note, these costs may increase closer to the departure date if the changes are made. In case we are unable to assist you and you do not wish to proceed with the original booking then we will treat this as a cancellation made by you. As such, cancellation charges may be applicable.
Changes made by us
It is unlikely that we will have to make changes to your booking arrangements. However, keep in mind that we make the arrangements for your bookings many months before your actual arrival hence occasionally may have to make changes both before and after bookings have been confirmed and/or cancel confirmed bookings. We reserve right to make such changes in case of any significant reason such as any riots, political situation, natural calamities, government imposed rule or any reason beyond our control etc. before or after commencement of the program. We will notify you regarding need for such changes once we have notice/information about such cases. As such case, changes will be treated as ‘minor’ and we shall have absolute discretion as to whether you are notified. If we have to make a significant change or cancel your booking, and provided that there is time to do so before departure, we will offer you three options:
1. Accepting the alternative booking arrangements as offered to you.
2. Transferring to an alternative booking (please note that the price may differ from your original booking) or
3. Cancelling your booking (together with a refund of any sums paid).
Following our offer of the alternative booking arrangements, you must notify us of your choice within a reasonable time. If you fail to do so we will assume that you have chosen to accept the alternative booking arrangements.
Accuracy of the information
We endeavour to ensure that all the information and prices on our product, package and services are accurate. However occasionally changes and errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details in such circumstances. You must check the current price and all other details relating to the arrangements that you wish to book before your booking is confirmed.
If you have booked any services such as room, transportation only or flight, we will accept responsibility only for our own negligence such as misdescription the requested component. We will NOT be responsible for the negligence of our supplier’s (i.e. hotels/flights), their employees, servants or crew. However, if we receive any notifications as such from your side then we will do our best to assist you. We will plan/design your holiday arrangements ensuring your choice/price and comfort to make your holidays memorable with our best knowledge, care and skills. We will be responsible if our employees fail to make or perform your holiday arrangements using reasonable skill and care as long as they were acting within the course of their employment or carrying out work which we had asked them to do. We will not be responsible or pay compensation for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description which results from or stated as under:
1. the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected.
2. the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of the services contracted for and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or
3. unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised or
4. an event which either ourselves, our employees, agents or suppliers and subcontractors could not, even with all due care, have foreseen or forestalled.
5. Loss of and/or damage to any luggage or personal possession and money.
6. Claims not falling under above or involving injury, illness or death.
7. Any other incidents/accidents where mytip2nepal.com is not involved.
If a problem occurs when you are travelling, you must inform the relevant hotels/our representative immediately so that the matter can solved on the spot. If your problem could not resolve to your satisfaction at the time, you must also contact us in our office numbers immediately on writing or by telephone so that we are given the opportunity to help you to our best limits. In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, all the issues will settle as per the law and rules and regulation of ‘Government of Nepal’.
Kindly note, failure to take these steps will hinder our ability to resolve the problem and/or investigate it fully and in consequence, your rights under the contract may be affected. We regret we cannot accept liability for any claims which are not notified to ourselves and/or our suppliers strictly in accordance with this clause.
Special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking in writing. We will put our efforts to try and arrange your reasonable special requests. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. Failure in such will not be infringe of the contract on our part unless the request has been specifically confirmed.
Any amounts due to you will be paid upon request within 45 days. However this may also depends on the rules and regulation imposed by the Central Bank of Nepal – ‘Nepal Rastra Bank’.
Any other information
If you or any member of your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please provide us with full details by writing or emailing us, before we confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of your chosen arrangements if possible.
Additional services/excursions/rooms or any other which you have not booked in original request should settled as an additional services. If you decide to undertake any services not from mytrip2nepal.com.np then you have pay all the applicable charges directly to concerned parties. Mytrip2nepal will not take any responsibility of such arrangements.
The above terms and conditions respect the law of ‘Government of Nepal’ and the general tourism rules & regulations. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with your contract or booking will be dealt with by the Courts of Nepal only.
